Effective date: October 2, 2026
Big Time Insurance Agency (CA Lic. #6016563) ("we," "us," or "our"), owned by Roy Bryant, a California-licensed insurance agent (CA Lic. #4252813), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, online forms, advertisements, phone calls, and text messages, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a quote request, contact form, or lead form (on our website or through an ad on a platform such as Facebook or Instagram), call us, text us, or apply for coverage, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address or ZIP code
- The type of coverage you're interested in and related details, such as mortgage balance or coverage amount
- Information needed for an insurance or annuity application, such as date of birth, health history, income, and beneficiary details. Applications are generally completed on the secure platform of our quoting partner or the insurance company, not on this website.
- Your communication preferences and any consent you give to be contacted
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and similar data using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel), so we can operate the site, measure ad performance, and improve our marketing.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (for example, when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram), insurance companies, quoting and application platforms, and lead or data providers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your requests and provide insurance and annuity quotes
- Help you compare products and submit applications to insurance companies
- Contact you by phone, text message, and email about the products you asked about, consistent with your consent
- Service your policy and provide customer support
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and marketing, including measuring advertising
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations
3. Calls and text messages (TCPA / SMS consent)
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, or otherwise give us your express written consent, you agree that Big Time Insurance Agency and Roy Bryant may contact you at the number you provided, including by calls and text messages sent using automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice, about insurance and annuity products.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy a product from us without agreeing to automated calls or texts.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out of texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (559) 571-2525 or R.bryant@bigtimeins.com. You can also tell us during any call that you no longer want to be contacted.
- We honor opt-out requests promptly and keep records of consent and opt-outs as required by law.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf.
- We follow the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry rules, and applicable California law.
4. How we share your information
We share your information only as needed to serve you, including with:
- Insurance companies you ask us to get quotes from or apply with, so they can underwrite and issue coverage
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our quoting and application platform (Back9 Insurance), website host (Wix), CRM and email/SMS providers, and advertising platforms, under agreements that limit their use of your information
- Regulators, law enforcement, or others when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described in Section 6.
5. Insurance information privacy
Information we collect in connection with an insurance transaction is also protected by the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act and the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by those laws, such as to process a transaction you request.
6. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work; others help us understand site traffic and measure our ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your social media account settings. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sharing for advertising.
7. Your California privacy rights
